The music was a zydeco band called Little Red & The Renegades, part of a summer concert series called Sunset Serenades. The music wasn't bad, though there were an awful lot of lyrics about pot for a kids' show. Luckily Georgie didn't have any questions about the questionable material.
She enjoyed laying out in the grass and walking around. We are getting more accustomed to our Beco carrier. She seems a lot more comfortable walking around in it.
The take out sushi (inari and a dragon roll) was from the Raku stand at Whole Foods. We went to Whole Foods for beer though. The second-hand information I had was that Sen. Ron Wyden (D-OR) had ordered a bunch of cases of some special Rogue Ales from the Rogue operation in Eugene. They got here the day after whatever event they were for so they are being sold at the P St. NW Whole Foods. Indeed, they have four ales from the Eugene City Brewery. I got two 22 oz. bottles -- one called 200 Meter Ale (an IPA) and the other an Orange Honey Wheat. Kevin tried the latter when we were at the Rogue Ale House in PDX. They are chilling now. I can't wait to try one. After a hot day I'm very much in an Orange Honey Wheat mood. The other two options were some kind of pale ale and 100 meter ale, which claimed to be an 'India Red Ale.' Might have to go back for those.
And here's a bonus post-bath picture:
