This weekend is Arlington's county fair. We've been very excited about it, though we strongly leaned toward not going today because we thought it would be too hot and we'd have trouble finding parking. It was kind of hot but we found a spot easily so we took it as a sign. Besides, it's easy to beat the heat with some lemonade (and funnel cake):
Our county is totally urban, but they cart in animals from another county. So Georgie was able to get her first pony ride. It's good timing, because lately she's constantly hopping up on my legs and saying, "Horsie, horsie." So it was time to see what a real horse was like. I think she prefers the papa horse though.Nikki wouldn't come on the Ferris wheel so I instead took Georgie down this giant slide.
