Catching up

I haven't blogged much lately. Thankfully Nikki has taken up the task. But here are a few things we've been up to the last few days.

Wednesday night Georgie decided to get up for a while in the middle of the night. So Thursday morning, Nikki was in need of a sleep-in. So Georgie and I had some nice morning time. This is the outfit she picked out for herself. I added a shirt to the mix before we went out.

Because I was up anyway (I usually try to sleep when I first get home) I was lucky enough to get to join Nikki and Georgie at the local gym play time. She seemed a little grumpy that morning and we were worried that she wouldn't get much out of it. But as soon as we got there she cheered up and ran around playing with every toy there.

Last night, we had Milena over while her parents did karate. First the girls took a walk outside, including through puddles. Good thing they both have rainboots.

Then the girls shared some Rocklands BBQ. The rest of the night was devoted to playing with toys and reading books. Not sure what's in store for today. I think I'm going to take Georgie downtown to a museum.
