For some reason I didn't take any pictures of the Rogan Josh last night when it was fresh. But here's Georgie enjoying the leftovers. To refresh your memories, this was the spice pack that the Pittmans sent us from the UK. We used Montana-raised White Park beef instead of lamb. The beef was very good, very flavorful. Gotta love heritage breeds. The other spice pack was for a pork dish, so we'll make that when we get back with Eco-Friendly pork.

It's great to see Georgie enjoying it and I'm glad it turned out so well! I'm also going to hope this posts as I attempted to post something about Pamida yesterday and it didn't work.
