Sunday

Today we went to Conrad to see whether we could get past the snow to any of the playground equipment. We could.

The playground was in front of the school where I went to K-2. Here's the slide that was there 30 years ago (or so...) when I went there.

And finally she was able to see some flowers again.

When we got home, Grandpa made a snowman for her.

Now that it's not snowy and she can walk better in her boots, she didn't need any help walking from Grandpa, but he nonetheless stayed watch to make sure she didn't sit in the puddle.

My mom was running around the house (literally) with Georgie, trying to wear Georgie out for bed before bath time. And giving me time to get my stuff ready for tomorrow and to post these pictures. It was very cute; I could hear Georgie laughing when my mom was running with a pull-toy dog. My mom also tried to teach her how to play a cymbal with a spoon. I didn't get a picture of any of that, but here's a common pose: Georgie pointing at Mommy.
