Dupuyer, MT -- A walking tour

Our local fire station

The county road shed. That's the snow plow on the right.

Dupuyer Community Hall

This sign lists the mileages to various places on the Dupuyer-Conrad cut-across road. The Graham ranch is where we got our beef from. The New Miami Colony is one of the many Hutterite colonies in the area.

Dupuyer Elementary School

Our post office. Note the mountains in the background.

The local Catholic church

I assume mass is so late because the priest does a number of masses at rural churches on Sundays.

The local Baptist church

Pierre's -- the local bar

Local restaurant next door to Pierre's.

Here are some of the sights of Dupuyer, MT. I took Georgie on a tour Friday while Nikki was at school. She slept through the whole thing. Missing in this set is the Dupuyer Grocery. I forgot to take a picture of it. Also, the Rocky Mountain Auto Service shop is missing. It's a big whit quonset hut and, like everything in Dupuyer, is often closed.
