Today Georgie is 5 months old. Her mother is planning to post her developmental review, along with some great photos she took today. But I wanted to write about her most interesting milestone: cannibalism. In an attempt to soothe her aching gums, Georgie has started opening her mouth and going right for the face. She has chewed on both of our noses and mouths. I think we want to discourage this flesh-eating behavior.
A note: visible in this photograph is a magnet of Coach Gregg Popovich, who has been protecting and watching over us from that position since we moved in. I hope I remember to bring him with us to our next place.
In other news, we got the car back today. Nikki's hit-and-run collision with a concrete pole cost over $1000, though insurance picked up all but $500 of it. Hopefully it won't raise our premiums. Our insurance should be lower in Montana because there are fewer concrete poles. Also fewer people breaking windows to look for crack money.
