Olympics

They're here! I'm excited, though my excitement is somewhat diminished by the fact that both of our TVs blew out in a power surge last week. So I'm watching them streaming over the internet. I just watched the end of the U.S.-Japan women's soccer game (we won 1-0) and now I am watching the start of the China-Norway women's handball match. Good stuff. I thought I was actually clicking on China-Norway soccer but handball will do since it's just kind of in the background anyway.

They were just introducing the teams and the athletes were bouncing up and down to stay warmed up. The little girls that bring the players out started bouncing up and down too. I guess it looked fun. It was cute.

More to follow as I live-blog the entire Olympic Games. Just kidding.
