First sushi and a farewell

Georgie didn't actually have any sushi but it was her first sushi restaurant. We met Lance, Marge, and Sam at Sushi Sono in Columbia. Nikki and I haven't been out for sushi since we've lived here, so it was a real treat. We had a scallop and asparugus roll, vegetable tempura, and individual nigiri of yellow tail, squid, octopus, and inari. Georgie had raw giraffe.

Afterwards we bade farewell to Lance and Marge. They are crossing the pond for a few years. We didn't get to see them as much as we'd have liked while we were here but we'll really miss them. So will Georgie -- she loved Marge and smiled a lot at her.

When we got home I saw our neighbor Forrest with his sister. She is apparently looking for an apartment. She came in and saw the place and is coming back tomorrow with her boyfriend so he can see it. I think we can unofficially say that we have a fifth contestant for the apartment. Colleen would probably rather give it to family of a current tenant than anyone else. We love Forrest and his sister was really nice. We shared some Blue Point Hoptical Illusion with them. I think we'd prefer she get the apartment if she wants it.
